Members Portal

The Members Portal enables members to submit MI for accreditation on a quarterly basis.

Access is controlled through defined permission roles. Each user is assigned the appropriate role by STAR and the member’s Relationship Manager.

Step 1 : Join

Want to get involved? Please complete the Joining Agreement form below and take the first step to becoming a STAR member today.

  • Follow the link above to complete the Joining Agreement form.
  • On completion, your authorised signatory will receive the agreement contract for digital signature, to be signed at group level.
  • Once the signed contract has been received, STAR will issue an invoice for the one-off joining fee of £6,000 + VAT.

  • If your organisation is intending to submit MI for accreditation purposes, you will be invited to complete the Servicing Agreement form in Step 2 following receipt of payment.
